          I really don&#039;t know why they put this kind of restrictions, other wise the excersizes are very easy to do. I&#039;m still in the beginner mode but i feel has lost 2 kg in two weeks.

          Awesome workout, backwards levels...
          I love this workout, I&#039;ve added it to the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.  The only comment is it feels as though the levels, one, two, and three should be reveresed.
