Kinda hard…..
I just got these and have found it kind of hard to do so far. But I guess that means they work? Anyway, will continue to try them and will update later.

great home workout
These are great. Don’t take up a lot of space and give you a good upperbody workout. Have had mine for over a year and they’ve held up great.
