Great workout video. I work up a sweat every time, it’s challenging, and I don’t get bored!

I was sore for sure. The second time I used it I hurt my back. Be sure to wear great shoes, there are lots of jumping jacks.

Yet another new fan…Old people can do this too…
Just finished the first 5 (full) days of this Shred workout dvd and it’s excellent! 20 minute workout. Hard.

Definitely see some changes
Anyone that says this isn’t tough, must be some sort of machine. I exercise 6 days a week and found the 20 minute workouts to be TOUGH!

Love these workouts!
I have never done workout videos before, but I really wanted to tone up and build better upper body strength. I have been doing this every single day and am on my 21st day.

It Did Work for me
I Loved this DVD. I always been a fan of the biggest loser but now I’m a Jillian Michaels fan. She really kick butts.

30-day shred
Haven’t lost any weight on this, but have definitely seen more muscle tone. The sections go quickly and you sweat a lot.

This works! …but some of the “level” exercise are questionable
I got this DVD back in the spring and made the mistake of using heavier weights than Jillian. I was already in good shape but wanted to be “shredded”. Bad move!
